We are currently looking for a highly motivated marketing student for New York Office to intern at a fast paced, internationally growing organization with a start-up culture. You will be an essential part of the Marketing & Sales Team at SoftInWay Inc. and will be assisting in the development and implementation of its marketing and public relations plans through managing social media and website development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media:
– Assist with maintaining a strong social presence. Create posts, updates, interactions, and reports for various social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xing, and Google+
– Assist with increasing company reach and engagement.
Blog:
– Aid in the research and creation of posts for the SoftInWay blog.
– Research new topics and sources for blog content.
Website maintenance and Business Development:
– Maintain dynamic content of SoftInWay website
– Assist with the editing of published materials, presentations, and scientific papers.
– Monitor website traffic, SEO and ad optimization
– Assist with website design and development
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
– Current students or recent graduate from undergraduate or graduate degree programs in one of following or related fields: marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, business, digital media.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Prior experience with social media, blogging, and internet marketing (Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin) – a strong plus.
– Experience in copy writing and SEO implementation is highly desirable.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative team player.
