We are looking for Bristol-based Inside Sales Professionals to grow business by expanding business at existing customers, as the way organizations design and manufacture products. You will be part of a team that fulfills this vision via simulation, predictive analytics, and optimization.
Your primary responsibilities will be to initiate software and services business with new accounts, as well as uncovering new business opportunities within existing accounts. You will be part of the sales team reporting to the Director of Sales. This is a team environment where you will have a book of business to grow as well as doing prospecting and new client development. You will be responsible for sales activities from converting leads to opportunities and closing the deal. Confident, positive and forward-focused attitude with proven ability to develop business from nothing is a must. Candidates should be assertive, ambitious and entrepreneurial in nature
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Enjoy the hunt. Lead generation through lead follow-up, independent research on new territories and logos, major account development, LinkedIn …etc.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline with qualified prospects and provide accurate details outlining the current pipeline and forecast for new sales and renewal business. (Salesforce.com experience preferred.)
- Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities … develop industry-focused territory into business results
- Listen to existing and prospective customers and create written proposals/quotations to meet their needs
- Identify prospective companies and connecting with the right decision-makers
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts
- Learn and understand individual prospects, customer goals, and challenges
- Work with field technical team to deliver solutions specific to each prospect and customer
- Create and manage the pipeline to reach business objectives and drive growth in the territory
- Demonstrate the value of SoftInWay’s solution, negotiate and close business
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong work ethic, great communication skills, good listener, persuasive, self-motivated, collaborative, confident, intelligent and competitive
- 1+ years of experience in the field or inside sales is preferred
- Passion to collaborate in a team environment
- Previous experience building customer relationships
- Ability to leverage skills and knowledge of people around you
- Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude always
- Willingness to learn and improve your skills
- Strategic sales savvy & disciplined sales process execution, creative problem-solving and excellent internal & external communication proficiency.
- High proficiency using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint systems
- Works well within an entrepreneurial environment
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
