Summary of Role

Our Sales and Marketing team is looking for part-time interns to assist with Sales and Marketing activities. You will have the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience as you work closely with the marketing and sales teams on content development, pitch deck creation, data research and organization, and CRM database maintenance. This position will assist with the smooth operation of the department’s ability to reach short-term and long-term company goals. This will be a 6-month, part time position for school credit. Upon successful completion of the program, a permanent position may be offered.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing manager in organizing and reviewing various projects including company pitch decks and marketing PowerPoints.
• Update sales documents, paperwork and records.
• Design, develop, and update marketing materials such as brochures, business cards, case studies, etc.
• Review and edit published materials, presentations, scientific papers, and website content.

Requirements and Skills

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and database management.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
