The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and task delegation.
Energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Responsibilities:
- The person will report to the firm’s Leadership Team and is expected to provide support in
four areas. - General Office Management and Administration (est. 40% of time)
- Executive Assistance / Paralegal Activities (est. 20% of time)
- Technical Administration (est. 10% of time)
- Human Resources and Business Support (est. 30% of time)
Requirements:
- Two to ten years of experience in office management and administration, or similar roles
and responsibilities - Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional organizational and office administration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong judgement and ability to keep protected information confidential
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
